As one of the most brilliant carreers in rallycross came to an end, Martin Schanche, "Mr. Rallycross",  started his company, as a consultant for Sinus Motor Consept and various Mitsubishi drivers in rally and rallycross.

Since 2003 the company has imported various tuning products, while still producing prototype parts for customers.
